Our Leadership
WNC Nonprofit Pathways is led by a Steering Committee with the following members:

| Kim McGuire serves as WNC Nonprofit Pathways’ Director. McGuire supervised grantmaking at the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina from 1991-2002 and has over 20 years of experience in both staff and volunteer leadership roles within the nonprofit sector. WNC Nonprofit Pathways utilizes an Advisory Committee and ongoing contact with nonprofit leaders for input and feedback to ensure that their programs and content are relevant and useful to staff and volunteers working in mountain communities.
