Applying for grants locally is getting easier, thanks to a new Western North Carolina Common Grant format that is being adopted by area funding organizations. Following in the path of other regions across the country, the shared format is designed to streamline the application process for nonprofits.
This workshop is appropriate for staff, volunteers and consultants involved in grantseeking.
At this workshop we will review highlights of the WNC Common Grant, including:
- A menu of consistent application questions, which have been tested and are being used across the country
- Standardized budget format
- Helpful tips and instructions on what information is needed
