Hal Williams of Rensselaerville Institute will lead an interactive session addressing these critical questions:

fewer dollars? Show results! Williams will teach his useful, straightforward tool for setting targets and reporting results.

Session Leader:
Hal Williams is currently working with a group of North Carolina funders to advise them on how to improve grant application and review procedures as well as program evaluation.
Williams is former president of Rensselaerville Institute, where he worked for 38 years. Hal designed programs that have enabled over 500 small towns and neighborhoods throughout the United States to use local initiative to build infrastructure, create jobs, and achieve remarkable gains in education and health. These projects build on “sparkplug” leaders and have been featured in such media as Parade Magazine (a cover story), The New York Times, and CBS Television.
Hal also led The Institute into a series of projects to spark innovation in government, foundations, and nonprofit as well as corporate settings
