Details:

Nonprofit organizations run a variety of projects that range in size and duration.  This course teaches the basics needed to effectively plan and manage a project so that it meets your objectives.  Begin by understanding the “big picture” and how to involve the project team in working well together to define goals, tasks, timelines and a budget.  Once the project concept is decided and the funding is in place, how do you adapt to changes, keep within a timeline and budget?  You will learn how to have effective meetings and communication, and what’s required to close out a project.
