Details: They say “flat” is the new growth in the present economy and that nonprofits will work harder than ever to maintain their revenues amidst the weakened economy. In this class, participants will learn how to “audit” their organization to test capacity and services for relevancy, leadership, image, operations, thriftiness, message, and mission after which we will discuss strategies to improve the likelihood that their organization will not only survive but thrive during these rough times. Participants will complete an organization self audit and draft a   plan outline of strategies for bullet proofing your organization
