Using a Dashboard to Measure Metrics (WEBINAR)

This fast-paced webinar will teach you how to build a dashboard that quickly tells managers and board members the status of your financial health, program deliverables, HR matters, board/governance matters, risk management, and so forth

Date: May 18, 2010
Time: 12:00 pm - 01:30 pm

Location: At your computer

Details:

A nonprofit dashboard is like the dashboard on your car: it tells you important information at a glance, but on the other hand, it doesn't tell you whether or not you should be driving to Los Angeles. This fast-paced webinar will teach you how to build a dashboard that quickly tells managers and board members the status of your financial health, program deliverables, HR matters, board/governance matters, risk management, and so forth. For each area there will be red (take action now!), yellow (watch), and green (celebrate) indicators. We'll discuss "calibrating the meters" along with who should be involved in developing the dashboard that's right for your organization.

This course is offered as a webinar, meaning you take it from your computer screen.

Session Leader:
