What does an Assisted Assessment include?

A trained independent consultant facilitates a structured discussion with key board and staff members to help them assess their organization's governance and management

Report: Issues identified and possible next steps

This review process results in a written report to the organization's leadership that outlines recommendations for possible next steps.  Information gathered during the assessment process remains confidential within the organization.

• If you are at a turning point - with new board or staff members, or after completing a major project - it can help you plan a course for the future.
