Organizations experiencing change or interested in planning a course for the future may benefit from an Organization Assessment. Sometimes called an organization "snapshot," this assessment helps organizations define areas needing change or improvement, and sets the stage for more in-depth planning and other efforts to address key organizational issues.

We offer two types of support to help organizations identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
