On-Line Assessment Tool

Features of the iCCAT
The iCCAT is available to nonprofits in western North Carolina thanks to Pathways' partnership with the assessment developers, TCC Group. Key features of the iCCAT include:
- Special affordable rate for first-time users (must be a nonprofit organization located in and/or serving western North Carolina).
- On-line format completed independently by multiple representatives of your organization; completion time should not exceed 30 minutes per person.
- 95 randomized questions with a rating system that compares your group to best practices from the nonprofit field, providing an objective picture of your organizational strengths and areas that need improvement.
- The tool can be re-taken over time to chart changes in your organization's capacities.
Results Report
At the end of the assessment process, you receive a customized, printable iCCAT Results Report including:
- Where your organization is on the Nonprofit Lifecycle
- How you are faring with Four Core Capacities essential to nonprofit success, and
- A sense of your Organization Culture
The iCCAT Results Report also includes suggestions for how to discuss the results and plan for future capacity building at your organization.
The iCCAT is an abbreviated version of a longer assessment tool developed by TCC Group based on work with hundreds of nonprofits over a decade.
