Level 4 - Increase Impact
Achieving Greater Impact - Intensive Services
The purpose of these offerings is to help ensure that groups are well-led, and have the organizational capacities they need to be effective and sustainable over time.
Our Intensive Services program is available to selected organizations that:
- Meet Intermediate criteria, and
- Have previously received program support from one or more of the six Pathways funding partners (Community Foundation of Western North Carolina, Cherokee Preservation Foundation, Mission Health Systems, United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County, Duke Endowment, and Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust).
Components of Intensive Services include:
Leadership Training - This program provides a retreat, peer learning, and one-on-one coaching over a four-month period. It is scheduled to be offered next in Winter/Spring 2012. To request information on this program, please send an email to contact@nonprofitpathways.org
Sustainability Consultancy - A nonprofit is provided an in-depth financial review and analysis of organizational options with the goal of developing approaches that are sustainable for the long-term. A complete description of the Sustainability Consultancy is available here. If you are interested in this service, please send an email to contact@nonprofitpathways.org
Impact Grants - This service is available by invitation only. Organizations or cohorts selected for this program must first undergo an in-depth assessment. A consultant facilitates discussion of the assessment results with the nonprofit leaders, who then identify key areas for capacity building work. Impact Grant funding is then made available to address some of the priority needs identified.
