Top-Notch Training and Consulting

At this level, you move into deeper work to improve your organization.

Pathways staff can advise you about what type of assistance will be most helpful (note -- there are specific criteria for accessing these services).

We have two key offerings: On-Site Training and Capacity Grants.  Click on the bold link to find detailed information about what each offering includes.

PREREQUISITES FOR ON-SITE TRAINING:

1. Complete on-line Assessment and submit results to Pathways.

2. Meet these Intermediate Criteria:

  • 501©3 for at least two years
  • Minimum $100,000 budget
  • Minimum 7 active board members
  • Minimum 2 paid staff

PREREQUISITES FOR CAPACITY GRANTS:

Must meet all criteria listed above (for Training), plus must be a recent grantee of one of the participating funders (Cherokee Preservation Foundation, Community Foundation of WNC, or Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust).  See Capacity Grants page for more info.
