Organization Coaching provides an opportunity to discuss what you learned from Assessment and gain agreement on priorities and next steps for improvement.

Steps for Organization Coaching:

  • Complete the online Core Capacity Assessment Tool - Introductory version (iCCAT)
  • Submit the Organization Coaching application and iCCAT Assessment Results Report to Pathways
  • Pathways reviews Coaching application for criteria/prioritization
  • If approved, Pathways matches organization with consultant
