Capacity Grant for strategic planning

"Since the Capacity Grant for strategic planning, we are now marketing much more aggressively and we have a fund development plan.  We raised more money last year.  Our fundraising committee is much more motivated and energized now that we know the board is motivated and energized as well.

As a result of our capacity-building work, we are more financially sound, more goal-oriented, and we have a better functioning front office.  Because of our front office improvements, we now accept Medicaid for children, are working to accept Medicare for adults, and are expanding our other insurance coverage, too. 

Because of our fundraising and grantwriting, we have gone from three to five therapists and are doing what our goal is: providing therapy to more folks."
